Water for Life

We start life being 99 percent water, as fetuses. Once born, we are 90 percent water, and as adults we are down to 70 percent water. When we die of old age we will probably be about 50 percent water. Just imagine, water connects humanity to the universe, the marvels of nature, and life itself. While we seem to have a lot of it in many places, water for life is getting ever scarcer, because we are withdrawing more than the earth is able to replenish.

What ingenious ideas do you have to replenish a thirsty planet?
